Oh my.... this is heaven! Finally find my favourite place with amazing food, superb quality and a lovely atmosphere!!

I could not find a single bad thing, everything was perfect and super tasty.

The poke bowl was the tastiest we ever tried (and we've had lots of them).
The pasta with baccalà was so creamy and light and the dessert was so good!

There's plenty of healthy and light options here!

You gotta try it!!!

Amazing!
I have been there for dinner to get something healthy and fresh, invited by the amazing reviews.
We easily found a table and ordered a poke bowl+ pasta.
We didn't know what to expect but we had the best poke bowl ever and the pasta was simply amazing!
You could see how fresh were the ingredients as they were literally exploding in your mouth.
They also give you the possibility to choose a small size dessert to go with your coffee if you don't feel like having a full one ( amazing option!).
The food size was super, everything is handmade ( falafels are suggested!) And the staff is nice and friendly.
We spent time talking with them ( they are also the owner I think) and I can see their passion!

Bacon cheeseburger and Pulled Pork sandwich were fabulous. Falafel with sauce a great appetizer. But Sabrina the host and the chef were unbelievable hosts who make the whole experience. We came from Puerto Rico and found this jem. If you are in Calabria you must find this 5 star restaurant and dine here. The owners are from Australia.

Pranzo piacevole e sorprendentemente curato. Safe and Sound è uno di quei locali che non punta solo a “sfamarti velocemente”, ma a darti l’idea che qualcuno ha pensato davvero a ciò che stai mangiando.
Ambiente moderno, pulito, rilassante. Ritmi giusti.
E soprattutto: si percepisce attenzione alla qualità senza volerla ostentare.

I piatti arrivano equilibrati, ben impiattati, senza esecuzioni pesanti o ridondanti.
Qui si lavora su gusto pulito, leggibilità degli ingredienti, e un approccio che rispetta ciò che mangi senza sovraccaricarlo.
E questo a pranzo è merce rara.

Il servizio è stato uno dei punti più convincenti: disponibili, veloci quando serviva, ma anche molto accomodanti verso richieste specifiche. Una cosa non scontata in fascia lunch, dove molti locali tagliano sulla cura.

Se devo indicare un margine di crescita (per onestà cognitiva, non per critica distruttiva): alcune preparazioni potrebbero osare un filo di più nel layering aromatico. Non serve stravolgere, serve solo quel “click” finale che rende un piatto memorabile anche al ricordo.

Nel complesso Safe and Sound è un indirizzo che vale davvero la pausa pranzo a Catanzaro Lido: solido, pulito, ben gestito, con identità contemporanea.
E con poco di più nel dettaglio sensoriale fine… potrebbe diventare uno di quei posti che si consiglierebbe senza neanche dover argomentare.
